OUR SHAREHOLDERS


CTP is a Russian - German joint venture combining local strengths and global knowledge owned by three shareholders:

  • GlobeGround GmbH - 40%
    GlobeGround and Servisair are part of a worldwide group of companies specializing in ground services. The parent company Penauille PolyServices currently holds 100 per cent of the shares in GlobeGround.They attend to more than 600 customers, mainly airlines and airports, at 200 locations in 40 countries on 4 continents.

  • FGUAP Pulkovo - 40%
    Pulkovo is the largest and one of the most up-to-date aviation enterprises in Russia's North-Western region, combining airport and airline. They operate daily 100 flights to 80 cities around the world.

  • ZAO Lenjilstoyservice - 20%  ZAO Lenzhilstoyservice
    The company was founded in 1993, has it's head office in St. Petersburg. It's core business is real estate and building construction.
